The Therapeutic Mentorship: A Path to Autonomy
As a Therapeutic Personal Trainer, I have the privilege of working with ambitious, open-minded individuals who are ready to learn, grow, and become the best version of themselves. My goal is to help you move beyond pain and limitations, unlocking a life of true freedom in motion.
This is not a standard gym routine—it is a structured, four-phase mentorship designed to move you from assessment to total independence.
01. Discovery & Consultation
Every mentorship begins with a Discovery Conversation. This is an opportunity for us to connect and determine if we are the right fit for a professional partnership. If we decide to move forward, we begin with a Consultation, where we identify your current limitations through a detailed, joint-by-joint assessment.
02. The Assess Phase
Once you enroll, we establish your baseline. We will complete a Force Capacity Test to understand exactly where your body currently stands. Based on the data gathered during this assessment, I design a custom program tailored specifically to your unique goals and movement limitations.
03. The Develop & Ascend Phases
In the Develop Phase, you will build the skills and techniques needed to move with confidence and control. As your competence grows, we transition into the Ascend Phase. Here, we focus on deepening your understanding and refining your skills, building the knowledge you need to manage your own progress.
04. The Freedom Phase
This is the ultimate achievement. In the Freedom Phase, your goals are met, your limitations are overcome, and you are living with the strength and confidence you set out to create. You will graduate with the skills and self-assurance to perform and progress entirely on your own.
