Cancellation / No-Show Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any schedule changes or cancellations.

Late cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment) will be charged 80% of the session fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee and will not be permitted to rebook until the balance is paid.

If you are experiencing a fever, known infection, or have had vomiting or diarrhea within 48 hours of your appointment time, please cancel your session for the health and safety of all clients.

Inclement weather may also lead to late cancellations. I will do my best to notify you in advance if I need to close or cancel due to weather, and I ask that you do the same. Please don’t risk your safety trying to make it to your appointment.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any required paperwork and discuss intake questions before your session begins.

Arriving after your scheduled time will reduce your hands-on time, as your session must still end at the originally scheduled time. Full service fees apply for shortened sessions.

If you are running late, please call and leave a voicemail.
No contact after 10 minutes past your start time will result in your session being marked as a no-show and your card will be charged the full session fee.

Inappropriate Behavior Policy

Massage therapy is strictly for therapeutic and relaxation purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage.

Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request of a sexual nature will result in the immediate termination of your session and permanent refusal of future services. You will be charged the full service fee, regardless of the time spent.

Depending on the behavior, a report may be filed with local authorities.
Respect your therapist as a professional, and you will be treated with the same respect in return.
