As a Barefoot Massage Therapist, I focus on— using my feet to apply deep, broad pressure with the support of overhead bars, using body weight and gravity to deliver a uniquely effective experience. My favorite sessions incorporate a variety of techniques such as pin-and-stretch, cupping therapy, scraping (gua sha), and trigger point therapy. Open communication is essential during these sessions — while I can feel areas of tension, I rely on your feedback to truly understand what’s happening within your body.
Jenna LMT, CPT
Being a fitness mentor means I have the privilege of working with ambitious, open-minded individuals who are ready to learn, grow, and become the best version of themselves — free from pain, limitations, and anything that holds them back from living a life of true freedom in motion.
Every mentorship begins with a Discovery Conversation — an opportunity for us to connect and determine whether we’re the right fit to work together.
If we decide to move forward, we’ll begin with a Consultation, where we’ll identify your current limitations through a detailed joint-by-joint assessment.
Once you enroll, we enter the Assess Phase. Here, I’ll design a custom program tailored to your unique goals and movement limitations. We’ll also complete a force capacity test to establish a baseline and understand where your body currently stands.
Next comes the Ascend Phase, where you’ll start building the skills and techniques to move with confidence and control. As your competence grows, we’ll transition into the Develop Phase — focused on deepening your understanding, refining your skills, and building the independence to manage your own progress.
Finally, we reach the Freedom Phase — where your goals have been achieved, your limitations have been overcome, and you’re living with the strength, freedom, and confidence you set out to create.
Please note: mentorship opportunities are limited to ensure each client receives the highest level of attention and support.

Ashi-Thai
In an Ashi-Thai session, you'll remain fully clothed in flexible, comfortable attire. The session combines light to deep compression to warm the tissues, followed by deep, therapeutic stretching. Using rhythmic movements and gentle rocking, we flow in and out of stretches—working with your breath to gradually go deeper, enhancing flexibility and relaxation.

History of Ashiatsu
Japanese translation- foot pressure
ashi= foot, atsu= pressure
Ashiatsu has been around for more than 3,000 years spanning from many continents and various cultures. India, Japan, Thailand, China,Fiji the Philippines and Hawaii are locations where barefoot massage has originated from all using different styles by being performed with different balancing tools.
In Eastern medicine, the focus of Ashiatsu was to work with the energy “Chi”, or Ayuvedic energy line. Early forms of Ashiatsu were seen as healing art and not considered massage. After passing through culture’s generations from the Buddhist monks to India’s Chavutti Thirummal did Ashiatsu become a massage form done using less clothes and balancing tools.
In the United States Ashiatsu focuses more on relieving muscle tension and reducing aches. This Western style is known to improve posture, relieve pain and stress, treat spinal problems, while providing an incredible deep massage while still being gentle.
